Paul Delva
Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer
Mr. Delva joined Semtech as Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer in September 2025. He brings over 25 years of experience as a corporate, securities, M&A and business lawyer, both in private practice and as a public company general counsel.
Prior to joining Semtech, Mr. Delva served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Navitas Semiconductor Corporation from 2021 to 2025. Before that, he was a partner at TCF Law Group, PLLC, a boutique transactional law firm, where he represented private and public company clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing and commercial transactions.
Previously, Mr. Delva served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for Fairchild Semiconductor International, Inc., where he was responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs, compliance and ethics, government relations and the corporate secretary function worldwide. Earlier in his career, he was a corporate and securities lawyer at Dechert LLP.
Mr. Delva holds a J.D. from Temple University School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Temple Law Review, an M.A. in organizational communication from Purdue University, and a B.A. in journalism from Concordia University (Montreal). He is licensed to practice law in California, New York, New Jersey, and Maine.
